Everyone deserves a safe space to speak their truth and be themselves. When I say everybody, I mean you too. Maybe you’re seeking therapy for anxiety or depression that you’ve experienced for a while now; or maybe life just threw you a few curveballs, and you’ve been knocked off balance a bit. I have the privilege of working with individuals, and families to understand each person and what factors impact their mental and emotional health.

As a clinician, I have a systemic viewpoint. This means that not only do I see an individual, I see a person with passions, a person with insecurities, a person of culture, and a person with strengths. I create for my clients an environment for healing and self-discovery where they can feel safe, seen, heard, and challenged.

I understand that taking the leap to seek help can be intimidating and vulnerable. You’re not alone if you feel hesitant.
