Here is a list of my top 5 random things from September!

Compassion 

I am constantly learning more about myself. The biggest indicator for myself and my level of burn out . is how much compassion am I giving myself because that will let me know how much I am able to give others. So if I am having a short fuse with everyone dear or stranger. I need to slow down and stop and wrestle with what is keeping me from extending grace to myself. Is it an unmet expectation? I won't know until I sit with it. So See how this month you can sit and extend compassion toward yourself.

This has given me so much life. Sometimes our words fall short of what we mean or feel. And art and others can help us when we feel we have nothing to give. I have found such comfort and better understanding of myself as I have read Morgan's words. She is doing fabulous things and takes her value of generosity to a whole new level. You can download a lot of her work, so set it as a phone background, print it out and hang it where you will get hit in the face with the truth she is sharing.
